We would like to congratulate Stacy Moulter for winning the 1st annual Set Up Shop At The Shops contest. Stacy plans on creating a gluten free bakery for the Holland area. Her dedication to providing a safe environment and product for people with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity wowed the judges on Pitch Night.

Stacy signs the new lease and construction begins soon on her Shop, Sandcastle Breads!
She is currently selling all of her delicious gluten-free baked goods at the South Haven and Saugatuck Farmer’s Markets.
Stacy’s grand opening is scheduled for fall of this year.

In the past 18 years, Greg has developed, acquired and managed over 18 million square feet of real estate assets and played a key role in over $1 billion in transactions throughout the United States. In case that didn’t inspire us to get moving on our own to-do lists, he recently founded HELM Realty Partners which merged with VERSA development in 2013 to become a national real estate firm with a focus on development and acquisition of high-performance assets. Greg has a heart for non-profit organizations like HAVEN and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which he makes a priority between state board meetings for the International Council of Shopping Centers and member responsibilities with the Urban Land Institute and Michigan Architectural Foundation.
With over 25 years of retail experience Steve is a retail expert to say the least. With retail development training at the store, regional and corporate levels, Steve credits his success to hard work, brand vision and his ability to communicate at all levels of the corporate chain. Starting his career at JCP, Steve left the company for a number of years only to return in 2012. We can only assume he missed us! His exceptional communication skills and ability to analyze situations are one of the many traits he learned growing up here in West Michigan. In addition to his love of retail, Steve is a BIG football fan. The Big House is back!!
Jennifer is President of Lakeshore Advantage, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to economic growth in West Michigan. With a background in business retention, expansion and attraction she knows what it takes to help businesses thrive in our community. Aside from being named one of the nation’s Top Economic Developers Under 40 in 2013, Jennifer further puts us to shame by completing marathons in her spare time. Sometimes when she is feeling less ambitious outside of work she only runs half-marathons. Mention creative ways to keep her house full of boys busy and you may be a step ahead for Jennifer’s vote!
Mark has worked in commercial real estate for seven years after previous experience in business development, management and ownership. As an advisor with Colliers International | West Michigan, he specializes in assisting national and local companies with their acquisition of retail and restaurant space across the state. If you live in West Michigan, you can thank Mark for enabling your shopping addictions at Eddie Bauer, Best Buy and American Eagle. With a keen understanding of what the West Michigan market needs and an outgoing personality, Mark fine tunes his skills as co-chair of the Michigan Commercial Association of Realtors networking committee.
