A panel of judges selected Stacy Moulter, with her idea for a gluten-free bakery, as the winner of a competition run by The Shops at Westshore. She will receive a year’s free rent on a six-year lease at the campus of boutiques formerly known as Westshore Mall, as well as a package of thousands of dollars in assistance from other local businesses.

Stacy Moulter had just won a contest that will turn her dream of a gluten-free bakery into a reality. And she blamed it on her husband.

“It’s my husband’s fault,” she said, laughing.
