Noodles & Company will open at the Shops at Westshore in January.

An exact date for opening has not been confirmed. However, Mike Enders, director of marketing for Noodles & Company’s Michigan Fracnhisee Pasta Per Trio, said it will likely be in the early January.

Noodles & Company’s menu features Asian, Mediterranean and American noodles, salads and soups that range from healthful to indulgent and spicy to comforting. There is something for everyone from kids to adults, and every dish is customizable to please even the pickiest eaters. Favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese Pan Noodles, creamy Penne Rosa and rich Wisconsin Mac & Cheese
